Hi,
I need to get my H1B stamped in Mexico. I know there are some agencies which offer a complete package trip to the Mexico US Consulate. Does anybody know some names and contact information?
I am based in Los Angeles and am pretty close to Mexico border. Do they have something in Southern California? Other places are also Ok.

I believe some lawyers still do 245(i). The fee is $1k. Talk to an immigration lawyer or google "245 (i)"

Can people convert LC pending in BEC to PERM? If So, how safe it is and how much time it takes totally.
Yes, and its well known. Talk to or just visit Murthy or Immigrationportal and you will find lot of discussion on this topic. In a nutshell, as long the PERM application is identical to BEC pending application you can convert to PERM. Make sure to find an attorney familiar in such type of cases.

Hi
My 485+140 is currently with my lawyers for filing.
In the meantime, my wife's dates went current. Her lawyer says it is ok to apply her 485 and it is preferred so we have a backup.
However, BCIS might get confused and ask us to pick one 485 at a later date - but the lawyer advises to file it now and face it later.
1) Has anyone does this?
2) Should my wife apply EAD and AP as well or just 485?
3) What are the problems I should expect?

I'm surprised no organization is following up with USCIS about the prompt monthly updates on pending Volumes. So much for the push for openess during the 90 day initiative by the President !
Going by the charts and Dashboard one would come to think the September volumes has whittled down to Zero !! Hmmm..

Dear all,
Could you please help with a question? My family has I140 approved and 485 pending. But we are leaving the US. What is the best way to deal with I485?
1. If we withdraw I485, can I apply for B1 visa later to come back for business? Or because we have applied for immigration visa, our B1 application will be denied?
2. If we change I485 to Consular Process, probably we can not apply for B1, right?

I'm about to start reading British native Simon Winchester's 2003 bestseller Krakatoa: The Day the World Exploded about the massive Indonesian volcano. I've always had a fascination with natural disasters all the way back to writing a junior high school research paper on hurricanes when I was growing up in Miami. I am a physical therapist licensed to practice in michigan.i also have eligibility letter ( for pennsylvania)-pa does not issue license without ssn number.
i am in usa on H4.
can i self sponser my green card under national interest waiver.
