    It was really a proud moment for me and my wife to be part of rally yesterday. I felt really good that i am trying to do something about the situation. Hats off to aman kapoor and other core members who are putting their heart and sould into this fight even though they have their green cards already. As per the message conveyed in rally our real work begins now as we have to educate the congress members about the differance of legal and illegal immigration process. we should also try to involve as many members as possible who were not able to attend the rally due to their personal situation to be active in this education process. again salute to aman kapoor and core member team.

And as the presidential campaigns, primaries and elections continue to dominate the news, we can expect a great deal of finger-pointing for this quagmire.

    As leaders of three prominent business, labor and consumer organizations, we took our shared message to Capitol Hill this week and challenged our elected leaders to put aside partisan differences and join us by pledging to create meaningful solutions to the health care challenges that burden our nation. We believe that only by working together � corporations, government, individuals and families � can we address America�s health care crisis. If our three organizations can put aside our ideological differences to create real solutions, then Congress can, too.

    Our challenge stands for all who are willing to rise to it. As we enter the presidential election season, we call on our nation�s leaders to offer real solutions to the critical issues facing our nation.     If it has been more than 90 days for the EAD renewal application and the EAD is about to expire, what can one do? I know they no longer give walk-in EADs. I have tried to contact them but no positive response. Any help would be appreciated.

    I have filed two different I-140s for EB2-NIW (NSC, Nov 06)) and EB1-EA (TSC, march07). Both are pending at the moment. I wish to apply for I-485 now as the visa numbers are current in both categories.
    I will appreciate if some one could advise if I can go ahead with the filing with pending I-140s. Also in that case can I file a single I-485 now and just ask it to be linked to whichever I-140 is approved first. will this work?
    In this case whcih 140 number should I mention in my application and whcih center should I send the application to?
