I will be filing my EAD renewal end of this month at NSC.
Is e-filing faster than paper filing? Any suggestions?
Also, my PD will become current from August.
No. This requires fingerprinting. Based on varios posts, it seems to be taking approximately 3 weeks more.

I'm about to start reading British native Simon Winchester's 2003 bestseller Krakatoa: The Day the World Exploded about the massive Indonesian volcano. I've always had a fascination with natural disasters all the way back to writing a junior high school research paper on hurricanes when I was growing up in Miami. Please take couple of secs to finish this poll. No matter what was your case for interview..extension, renewal, first time..when was H1/H4 etc approved..where it was approved..etc etc..nothing matters. All that needs to be tracked is wait time.
As long as New Delhi consulate please do this and this will give an idea for wait times.

Article says "On June 12, 2008, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) informed the American Immigration Lawyers Association that the H-1B random selection process has been completed. USCIS completed the intake and receipt processes for all filings as of May 24, 2008 and began mailing rejection notices the week of June 9. Therefore, if an employer has not yet received a filing confirmation (Form I-797C Notice of Action), it likely means that the petition was not selected in the random process and that the rejection notice will be forthcoming."
My hope is over now...All the best to all who r lucky.

I had emailed the Murthy team on Friday. Today Mr Vasant Nayak from Murthy.com emailed me back with concerns since i had emailed him from yahoo and my name was not in the list of volunteers. I have given him Admin and Walden Pond's names and have emailed both Admin and Walden Pond to touch base with him.

Can people post experiences on turnaround time for getting medical test documents back from the doctor? I have heard 2-3 days after initial appointment, but the doctor's offices I have called say 7-10 business days. Also, I have heard that some doctor's are faster than others. Is this true?

I know a friend who has done Bachelors in Computer Application in india. She is now in US and wanted to know the options for working or studying in US.
Is she eligible to take up MS degree..???
Is she eligible for H1b..???
Any suggestions will be greatly apprecited. I apologize if this questions does not suite this discussion forum.

I am one of the July 2007 EAD filers and did not file for AP at that time.
So I am in the process of the renewing EAD & Applying for AP for the first time.
I have couple of questions..
