You jerk, EVERY non profit need resources to "DO" stuff. EVERY non-profit has to have a revenue stream of some sort. Just because its a "non-profit" doesn't mean that everyone will give or do stuff free for a non-profit. Is that so difficult to understand for a "highly educated"/"highly skilled" immigrant such as yourself? + its better for the world in general. The last thing we want is more of GWB policies destroying both America's economy, civil rights, and respect in the world.
- his best friend Durbin will again pick up the stick and start beating up on H1 sponsoring. EB will also get run over by the same bus.
- FB immigration will be put in preference over EB, we are screwed.

Rember her trying to get her brother-in-law police officer fired during her sisters divorce? And when the administrator refused her requests, he fired him? Do you want someone that stupid, who already abused whatever little powers a mayor and governor has, to be the commander-in-chief of the united states armed forces?
Either way immigration-wise we are screwed. I think for the sake of the rest of the world we must wish that this time McCain loses this election. He has made a very stupid VP choice.
Obama is no panacea either. Why do you think someone with little experience is a liability to be second in command, but the same lack of experience is admirable quality for the first in command.
Also, Obama has been changing his positions on issues to pander to the voters, I doubt he will be any different from Bush either. He will probably pay more of the tax monies to people who gambled with their houses (and are still not being punished for it).

I have been member of IV since Dec 05. Probably since a couple of weeks after it was founded.
I fully agree with Logiclife . All these people can't be termed anything else . "Cowards" correctly describes them.
I see people all the time worrying about their receipt notices, fingerprinting , india trip, stamping , I-94 , EAD , AC - 21 etc etc etc .. it makes me sick. No one contributes ( except a few 1 % ) . Even if 10% of the people contributed either financially or doing volunteer work we would make a worthwhile difference .
I don't much care about GC but seeing these people it seems like if they got a GC they will get a magic wand and somehow it will be the end of all that is wrong with their lives.
Guys sitting at the fences and lurking in shadows - GC is not the cause of whatever is wrong with your life.. you are . You remain what you are with or without GC.
But for the rest of us lets not lose hope on these guys. Lets do what we can and be patient. We should do our best and hope for the best.

If this is true, then it would imply that she is not a good mother, she not a good wife and she is cunning & opportunist politician, with very little experience and a heartbeat away from her finger on the nuclear button when she is ready to go to war with Russia. I was told by my attorney NOT to do this...Apply either through yourself or through your spouse. I was told that if there are two different applications for the same person, then it raises a red flag and you might end up in a big soup...But having said that, your attorney(s) might have different opinion(s)...
With the good news of all numbers current, both I and my wife's dates are current and eligible for filing I485.
1. In my application, can I include my wife as spouse for adjustment of status? And In my wife's application, can I include myself as spouse?
I am trying to do this to make sure if anything goes wrong in any one of our application, I can depend on the other one.
2. If I get an EAD based on my wife's application, can we both switch jobs after 180 days and take advantage of AC21? I read in some forums that I can, but the primary application (my wife) has to work for the same company until we get I485 approved.

I have been to the indian consulate couple of times and what I have seen so far is that people staying in the US take the consulate officers for granted.
People take the token and start filling up the form in the consulate itself, they will be at the window and will be pasting photograph or filling up the form itself on the counter.
I think the consulate officer should ask people that will you behave the same way at an US consulate??
People become impatient just waiting for 10 minutes as if they entire indian consulate has been waiting for them to show up at the office.
The way we Indians behave boarding a flight in US, the same does not happen in India. The way we behave with the consulate officers at Indian consulate does not happen at the US consulate. Why do not the same people trying filling up the form at the US consulate or try pasting photograph and even run to grab the original when they are at an US consulate.

And what is the guarantee this will work?
The IV credit card, if it becomes a reality, will not give YOU any cashback, and so YOU will continue to use your cashback generating costco amex cards and similar such credit cards.
The only common theme is... YOU want to find ways to evade contributing to IV.
